The challengeA new product needs to explain itself quickly. Festi creates personalized party kits that turn a photo and a name into a complete visual theme across decorations, tableware and party essentials.

The homepage needed to do several things at once: explain an unfamiliar product, show the magic of personalization, build trust, and move parents from inspiration to shopping without making the experience feel complicated.

The redesign focused on making that journey visual, using a lot of real UGC, immediate and playful, letting the product demonstrate itself before asking users to understand how it works.

Show, then explainRather than relying on long product explanations, the page was structured around the transformation itself:

Add a photo Choose a theme Or make it yours Get the whole party
Product imagery, personalized examples and clear steps helped turn what could feel like a complex customization process into something simple and tangible.

Building confidence along the way
The rest of the page balances discovery with reassurance — introducing themes and products while using social proof, FAQs and supporting content to answer the questions that naturally appear before purchasing a personalized product.

The result is a homepage that works as both a storefront and an introduction to the idea behind Festi — moving from “What is this?” to “I want this for my party.”
